| 1. Customers confirm the sizes, technical specifications as well as all relative requirements of the touch panel with our sales representatives. 2. Drawing will be created by engineers according to customer's requirements in details, and it will be sent to customers for approval. 3. Sample production starts once we received the approval on drawings from customers. 4. QCs test the samples when sample production finished, Tested well samples will be sent to customers for confirmation. 5. If there is any changes needed from customer's feedback on samples, we will remake the samples for customer's confirmation again. If all is ok for the samples. Offical order production from customers will be arranged based on the samples. |

For orders more than 1K pcs , OEM/ODM is available. 1. Detailed request should be provided for feasibility evaluation of OEM/ODM; 2. Sample of LCD screen should be forwarded to us for research and development; 3. Specific program will be debugged by our engineers after testing; 4. New sample will be send to you for confirmation; 5. If any changes, we will remake the sample for our customer's further confirmation till everything is ok. Official order will be arranged based on samples. |
